Deepen green manufacturing and establish an industrial park with a self-developed district heating system

Recently, a manufacturing enterprise officially launched a dual-source heat pump energy supply system in its self-built industrial park. Through systematic energy upgrading, it has created a modern green factory that integrates efficiency, low-carbon, and intelligence, setting a new benchmark for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the industry.


It is introduced that this project is based on the core concept of "source energy conservation + system optimization", fully introducing the dual-source heat pump energy-saving system, combining the advantages of air source and water source, to achieve intelligent switching and efficient utilization of energy. Through coordinated operation of multiple units and zone control strategies, it not only meets the temperature control requirements of different production areas but also further enhances the flexibility and energy-saving performance of the system.

It is worth noting that the dual-source heat pump system launched this time also integrates the "triple supply" technical path, forming a triple heating pump solution that integrates cooling, heating, and domestic hot water. One system can meet the diversified energy needs of the park, reduce equipment duplication investment, and achieve dual optimization of space and energy.
